Free Returns on Damaged Goods

Contact us here within 30 days and we’ll start your returns process.
We will collect any item(s) you wish to return, usually on a next day basis (Mon-Fri) and cover the collection cost.
Once collected, we will either refund you within 5 days or, if you’d rather, we will send out a replacement with next day delivery, free of charge.
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging. Please be aware some large or bulky items may be subject to a restocking fee. This returns policy only applies to items wrongly delivered and/or goods damaged upon delivery. If the refund is requested due to change of mind or mistakes made by the Customer, the Customer must cover cost of return and original shipping cost.

Please contact us here to request a refund. Upon acceptance of your request, you will be provided with a returns number and return address.
Once you have sent your returned order and our warehouse has confirmed receipt of it, your refund will be processed. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your bank.
All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. All products must be received in an unused state.
Repairs & Warranties
Our standard warranty offered on our products is 1 year (parts & labour). In many cases we offer longer warranties, this is indicated against our products online and in our catalogues.
